"Balancing Act" is about the search for real human connection in a world where everyone’s playing a part. The project dives into that feeling of being detached — from yourself, from others — that comes from constantly performing and trying to fit into the roles society expects. Over time, those performances blur the line between who we really are and who we pretend to be. That confusion creates a kind of loneliness that feels unique to our time — a quiet distance that keeps growing the more we lose touch with our true selves.
